Human Rights

The Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities provides equal protection to all people in Victoria. It is based on a 'dialogue model' whereby the government, courts and parliament have specific roles to ensure that human rights standards are protected and promoted. BNPCA Consumer Participation Resource and Training Kit for Service Providers

This Kit is based on the outcomes of two BNPCA Consumer Participation Workshops conducted with service providers and consumers. The kit is in 2 parts and has been designed for two primary purposes: 1. As an Information resource for Service Providers on a range of issues/areas relevant to developing and implementing Consumer Participation methods and techniques; and 2. As a Training Resource for internal agency workforce development
