We have recieved official confirmation that the Minister for Health, the Hon. Daniel Andrews, approved new boundaries for the North and West Metropolitan Region Primary Care partnerships on 29 December 2009. As of 1 July 2010 we will be part of a PCP comprising: Banyule, Darebin and Nillumbik. The next five months will involve a transition phase as we make preparations for the new PCP.
