What’s in each Module?

All the modules contained in Service Coordination: What? Why? How? are presented in the same format.

Each Module is comprised of:

  • Learning Materials and Information
  • Learning Activities
  • Assessment Tasks

Learners’ Instructions

Learners are expected to familiarise themselves with the Learning Materials and Information (including the case studies) and complete the Learning Activities included in each module.

Learning Activities are indicated by this icon: Example of Activities icon

When learners are familiar with the Learning Materials and Information, they can complete the self-Assessment Tasks at the end of the module to check their learning and understanding.
