The Statewide Human Services Directory comprises comprehensive and up-to-date service information to assist referral and access to services. Consumers, carers and workers may use the Human Services Directory to search for Doctors, Dentists, and other health practitioners, and health related services anywhere in the state of Victoria.

By using the service directory I was able to identify an Albanian Speaking Nursing Home for a family. I gave the family the contact details. This greatly relieved their stress and anxiety.

Ann Marie Deeker, Care Coordinator, Emergency Department, Box Hill Hospital.
