how Referral will happen in your local area.

Typical Referral PPPS include:
- Use of the Service Coordination Tool Templates including quality standards
for information collection and documentation.
- Business Rules covering use of fax, email or e-referral systems.
- Communication and feedback requirements.
- Consent and privacy.
- Response times for:
- referrals made for clients in crisis or with urgent needs, and
- feedback.
